Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure systems to support our applications and services.
  • Implement automation tools and frameworks for provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure components.
  • Develop and implement and comprehensive monitoring strategy to monitor the health, performance, and availability of infrastructure, services, and applications.
  • Evaluate and implement monitoring tools and technologies to support the monitoring strategy.
  • Analyze monitoring data and metrics trends to identify performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and areas for optimization.
  • Participate in incident management and respond to incidents to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document designs, processes, and best practices.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's or Master's Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar with a focus on monitoring.
  • Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring solutions for complex distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools and technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack, or similar.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, and CloudFormation.
  • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have :
  • Cloud certification (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  • Experience in maintaining and monitoring large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience in developing and implementing monitoring strategies from scratch.
