Job Description :

Aieze Vertex Private Limited is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, and a proven track record of architecting scalable solutions. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture :


- Design and architect scalable and efficient software solutions that align with business requirements.


Full Stack Development :


- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies across the full stack.

Technical Leadership :


- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

Team Handling :


- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.


- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide continuous support and development opportunities.

Project Management :


- Handle end-to-end project management, from concept to completion.


- This includes requirements gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Collaboration :


- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.

Continuous Improvement :


- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.

Requirements : Background :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Experience :


- 5+ years of experience in full stack development and solution architecture.

Technical Skills :

- Front-End : Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Back-End : Proficiency in server-side languages (Node.js, Java) and frameworks (Express, Django, Spring).

- Databases : Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- DevOps : Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- APIs : Design and implementation of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proven leadership and project management abilities.
