Description : Job Title : Creative Marketing DevOps Engineer (Hybrid)Experience : 48 YearsLocation : Bengaluru Employment Type : Full-timeJob Summary : We are looking for a skilled Creative Marketing DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions that support business and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, cloud-based automation, and DevOps processes, with additional exposure to digital asset management and marketing technology environments.Primary Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business analysts to design effective, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.- Provide development and DevOps support for creative marketing applications and systems.- Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to communicate technical capabilities and align solutions with business objectives.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during pre- and post-production implementations.- Propose innovative ideas to improve systems and stay updated with emerging technologies.- Align engineering deliverables with product goals and sprint plans.- Work with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems for asset ingestion, workflow automation, and optimization (a plus).Technical Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain backend scripts using Python, R, C#, .NET, PHP (Laravel), and Node.js.- Build and manage RESTful APIs for scalable integration.- Design and manage cloud-based automation solutions.- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.- Manage source control using Git and Bitbucket (Stash).- Handle AWS infrastructure, including S3 buckets.- Work on frontend technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, AngularJS (1.x), HTML, and CSS.- Operate efficiently in Linux/Unix and macOS environments.- Write and execute shell scripts.- Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum teams.- Perform database query optimization and maintenance.Nice to Have : - Experience with creative marketing DevOps or digital production environments.- Understanding of content versioning, metadata tagging, and asset distribution within DAM systems.- Familiarity with marketing campaign workflows, offers, and event-based automation.Key Skills : - Python | Node.js | .NET | PHP (Laravel) | REST APIs | AWS | CI/CD | Git | Bitbucket | JavaScript | TypeScript | AngularJS | Linux | Shell Scripting | Agile | DAM | Cloud Automation (ref:hirist.tech)
