Responsible for data entry, client/campaign data collection, maintaining campaign data, budget monitoring, analysis of airing accuracy, measuring campaign results, and facilitating internal and external communication.Experience & Competencies:- Data entry and report generation - Communication with national cable networks and TV station representatives - Maintaining campaign data using proprietary tracking systems - Budget monitoring and adjustment - Analysis of pre and post-logs for airing accuracy - Measuring campaign results and profitability - Internal and external communication with team members and stakeholders - Collaboration with senior buyers to execute campaigns - Supporting Media Buyers and Client Service Account Executives in daily tasks and projectsRequirements:- Bachelor’s degree required - 3-8 years experience in advertising or related field - Strong organizational and communication skills - Impeccable attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Proactive and adaptable with a drive to understand client campaigns and goals - Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
