We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Creative Studio Head to lead the creative direction for our paper, book, and stationery product lines. This role blends creative vision with team management and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will not only drive brand storytelling, packaging, and product aesthetics but also streamline workflows, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.

Location: Mumbai, Dadar

Working days- 6 days a week

Candidates from Stationery manufacturing companies will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

• Drive the overall creative direction and visual identity for the brand across product categories.

• Conceptualize and guide packaging, book cover designs, product themes, in-store branding, catalogues, and digital creatives.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, product positioning, and consumer appeal.

Team & Workflow Management:

• Manage a team of graphic designers, illustrators, freelancers, and creative vendors.

• Assign projects and tasks to the team based on capability and workload.

• Maintain and update a live tracker for all creative projects (concept to delivery), ensuring timelines and priorities are followed.

• Review and approve designs at each stage to ensure quality and consistency.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, product development, sales, and procurement teams to understand design needs and business goals.

• Liaise with printers, production vendors, and packaging partners for feasibility, costing, and execution.

Graphic Design (Hands-on):

• Occasionally contribute to design work when needed (e.g., urgent creatives, high-priority campaigns, sample mockups).

• Provide design direction and creative refinements to elevate the overall quality of work.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in creative campaigns and product design.

• Excellent sense of color, typography, layout, and branding.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead, guide, and inspire a creative team.
