Location: Remote (Kerala-based candidates preferred)Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM IST (Full-Time)Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹22,000 per month to startEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeKey Responsibilities- Design ad creatives, banners, posts, and stories across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). - Create both static and short-form motion creatives (1080×1080, 1080×1920, 1080×1350). - Edit and resize videos (text overlays, trimming, transitions). - Research competitor ads and develop new concepts that outperform them. - Collaborate with the PPC and strategy teams to ensure creatives align with campaign goals. - Maintain organized delivery of creative files and adhere to naming conventions. - Use AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, etc.) to speed up idea generation. - Deliver creatives on time while maintaining quality and consistency.Skills Required- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (must have). - Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools. - Experience creating ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Understanding of typography, layout, and ad performance psychology. - Strong sense of design aesthetics and attention to detail. - Fast, reliable, and open to feedback.Company Description- At Initial Ads, we specialize in high-performance paid advertising across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Bing.
