(Treasury and Trade) Forex Management- Tracking Forex Price movement - Asia Pacific timing to US mid-market timing (6:30AM TO 11.30PM)- BRICS as well as G20 Data analysis- Technical quantitative Research - Fundamental quantitative/qualitative Research- Forex Banking Relationship- Forex portfolio Management- Day to Day Forex Covering- Forex Booking Contract submission to respective Bank- Regulatory Updates- Treasury Management- Analyse Cash flow Statement, made suggestions and wait for MD critical comment and approval- Treasury Banking Relationship - Opening / Managing New and existing account- Day to Day Interaction with banks for regulatory as well as formal positions- Yearly Limit Renewal as well as limit enhancement regulatory process- Property Valuation with bank which is lien with bank for limits- Co-ordination with Import/Export Department for FX position - Track LC/BG position with bank- Trading Party BG critical examination with regular tracking- Co-ordination with internal and external auditor - Track on proper accounting entry related to Forex Export/Import - Track and assist to account department for director's personal investment- Track and assist to account department for firm's investment- For Stream-line accounting practices with HO to plant/warehouse conduct VC - Co-ordination with account head for any banking related documentation Wealth Management- Collection Monthly Mutual Fund statement with capital gain statement - Submit Monthly Mutual Fund MIS to MD (with updated NAV)- Track Fortnightly Mutual Fund movement- Track Bond and arbitrage market closely as per global as well as domestic fundamental development- Track Fund Manager as per qualitative not for quantitative- Interaction with Mutual Fund Managers thru RM- Personal Investment as per Directors- Firm Investment as per director on the basis of critical examination of market- Quarterly meeting with MF RM for fund progress analysis (Be prepare for in depth analysis)- Opening process for mutual fund account till the end- Critical Examination of Alternative Investment fund (AIF) & Portfolio Management Services(PMS)- Mutual Fund Tax/Charges/Expense/Regulatory updates- Regulatory documentation for unsecured loan (ref:iimjobs.com)
