Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Agent with 2-3 years of experience to join our CRM operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and responding to service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and providing technical support through calls and video calls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting technical issues, excellent communication skills, and experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) or automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Request Management: Respond promptly to customer service requests received through calls, emails, or tickets, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues over phone and video calls, providing clear and effective solutions to customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, offering guidance, and helping resolve any technical problems they may encounter.
  • Escalation Management: Manage escalated issues professionally, ensuring all relevant information is collected and escalated to the appropriate team for further resolution if necessary.
  • Documentation: Accurately log all service requests, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system to maintain up-to-date records for future reference and follow-up.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with product knowledge, technical troubleshooting procedures, and best practices to improve the customer service experience.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the Electric Vehicle (EV) or automotive industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues over calls and video calls.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and address technical issues efficiently.
  • Customer-Focused: A proactive and customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) or automotive industry is a must.
