Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking aStructural Design Engineerwith strong expertise inaerodynamics, aeroelasticity, structural engineering , andmaterial science . The role involves designing airfoils and structural frames for UAVs and drones, including simulations and calculations.Conduct aerodynamic simulations and analysesto optimize the drone's / UAV flight performance, stability, and efficiency. Design and develop drone structuresthat arelightweight ,durable , and capable of withstanding various operating conditions. Utilizecomputer-aided design (CAD - SolidWorks)software to createdetailed and precise drone components and assemblies . Evaluate and select appropriate materialsfor drone components based onperformance requirements ,cost considerations , andweight constraints . Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto buildprototypesand conductrigorous testingto validate designs and make necessary improvements. Work closely withmanufacturing teamsto ensure that designs can beeffectively produced at scalewhile meetingquality standards . Stay updated withindustry trends ,emerging technologies , andbest practicesto driveinnovation in drone design and engineering processes . Create and maintaincomprehensive design documentation , includingdrawings ,specifications , andtest reports . Strong in engineering fundamentals: Structural and Aerodynamics.Educational Qualifications Must: BE/B.Tech/Masters– Mechanical / Structural / Aerospace Engineering ( Top 50 in NIRF ) Desirable: Good exposure toStructural Analysis ,Aerodynamics ,Airfoil Design ,Material Calculations , andManufacturing Processes Strong hold onCADandCAE Experience inAnsysandMatlab Relevant Experience Must: Minimum of3 years’ experience Team Player , strongAnalytical Skills , excellentCommunication&Interpersonal Skills Desirable: Working experience inUAV / Dronessector Hands-on experience withSolidWorks ,Ansys , andMatlabIf you're passionate about innovation in aerospace and drone technology, we’d love to hear from you.
