The role focuses on ensuring high availability, data protection, and minimal downtime for mission-critical databases hosted on Oracle Exadata, DBCS, and RAC platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Design and manage Oracle DR and BCMS frameworks meeting RTO/RPO objectives. - Administer and optimize Oracle Databases on Exadata, DBCS, and OCI environments. - Configure and maintain Oracle Data Guard, RMAN, and RAC for HA and replication. - Execute database migrations to OCI and ensure backup integrity and recovery readiness. - Conduct DR drills, failover testing, and maintain comprehensive documentation. - Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to align DR strategy and compliance. - Provide L3 technical support and mentor junior database engineers.Key Skills Required:OCI Database Migration | Oracle Exadata | Oracle DBCS | Oracle RAC | Oracle RMAN | Oracle Data Guard | Oracle DB Administration | Disaster Recovery & BCMS PlanningExperience Required:8+ years of Oracle DBA experience with strong background in DR, HA, and OCI environments.
