Job Title: Product Owner – AI/ML ExperienceExperience: 8–15 YearsLocation: Bengaluru (Hybrid)Company: VaisesikaAbout the RoleVaisesika is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in AI/ML-driven products to lead end-to-end product strategy, design, and delivery. The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding with business acumen to translate complex AI/ML capabilities into impactful, user-centric solutions.You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-value features powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning.Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the AI/ML product roadmap, from ideation to delivery. - Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to build intelligent, scalable solutions. - Write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog. - Translate AI/ML models and insights into practical business features and automation opportunities. - Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) for product planning and execution. - Leverage data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Partner with stakeholders to balance priorities and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled capabilities. - Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and identify opportunities to integrate new technologies into the product ecosystem.Qualifications- 8–15 years of overall experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML-focused product ownership. - Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, APIs, and cloud technologies. - Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. - Proven ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate technical models into product features. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills. - Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-powered automation is highly desirable.Preferred Experience- Background in software development or data engineering. - Domain experience in eCommerce, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is a plus.
