Assist withsystem troubleshooting, implementations, and software updates . Participate insystem testing and validationby assisting in the development and maintenance of testing protocols, and coordinate testing with end users when applicable. Coordinatedepartmental and interdepartmental tasksto support IS Applications. Work in amultidisciplinary environmentto help maintain a stable and functional software application. Develop, follow, and maintainupdated documentationon system support, while adhering tochange management procedures . Participate in anon-call rotation schedulerequiring immediate off-hours response.Summary TheIS Pharmacy Analystis responsible for gathering, interpreting, and utilizing complex data to maintain stable operations and ensure ongoing improvement of IS Applications atNorthern Light Health . These systems may include, but are not limited to, functionalities supportingclinical, fiscal, IS, and business operations . This role operates in amulti-disciplinary environment , requiring excellentcommunication skillsandproblem-solving abilities . The IS Pharmacy Analyst designs system components specifically related topharmacy workflows , writes specifications, defines solutions, performs system builds, and createssystem-level documentation .
