- Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in credit management systems and data analysis tools.

- Attributes: Ethical, detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
