fashion retail companies. Bhavik complements this with a strong background in digital

innovation and brand development, contributing to the creation of customer-centric fashion

experiences. Together, they lead ZILO with a shared vision of transforming the fashion retail

landscape through innovation and customer obsession.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Enthusiast who will play a pivotal role in building the

future of fashion retail with us.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

● Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, Facebook,

Twitter, , YouTube, and emerging platforms.

● Plan monthly social media calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and

seasonal trends.

● Work with the design team to create visually compelling creatives, videos, and reels

that align with the brand voice.

● Write engaging, SEO-friendly captions, hashtags, and copy tailored for each

platform.

Campaign Planning & Execution

● Launch and monitor social media campaigns supporting product drops, offers, and

marketing initiatives.

● Collaborate with performance marketing teams for paid social campaigns to drive

reach, traffic, and sales.

● Integrate social strategies with influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives.

Community Management

● Respond promptly to customer queries, comments, and DMs across platforms.

● Monitor brand mentions, feedback, and reviews to improve customer engagement.

● Foster an active and loyal online community.

Analytics & Optimization

● Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and share

insights with the marketing team.

● Experiment with formats (Reels, Stories, Lives, Polls) to improve engagement and

CTR.

● Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Brand Storytelling

● Use storytelling to create emotional connections between the brand and audience.

● Align social media tone and campaigns with overall brand identity and customer

experience.

Key Requirements

● 1–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in e-commerce,

quick commerce, or D2C brands.

● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.

● Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media

scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).

● Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

● Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
