We are seeking a Vice President to join our entrepreneurial and high-performing investment banking team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deal execution skills and the ability to independently source transactions.Key Criteria:- Led & closed at least 5 deals (primarily Series B / Series B+ transactions).- Ability to independently execute transactions with minimal escalations.- Strong network with domestic and global PE/VC Funds, Family Offices etc. preferably with the ability do Series B / Series B+ transactions.- Should have led a team of analysts/associates in the past.- Ability to independently source mandates (Good to Have).Location: The company has offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai and is looking to hire in these 3 locations (exceptions can be made for exceptional candidates if the situation demands).Compensation: Top-tier compensation (composed of fixed salary, performance bonus and long-term bonus) offered based on candidate's past experience and fitment.
