Requirements :- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in the Zoho ecosystem.- Proficiency in Zoho applications, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics etc.- Must have knowledge of third-party integrations.- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering techniques.- Experience in documenting business processes, functional requirements, and user stories.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for Zoho-based solutions.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements within the Zoho ecosystem like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk etc.- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of the Zoho platform and provide recommendations for optimizing its usage.- Provide training and support to end-users on Zoho-based solutions like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk etc.- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement.
