We're looking for an experienced Agile Coach who can work across teams and leadership to foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and enable business agility.

What You'll Do

- Guide Agile adoption and lead transformation efforts across teams and departments

- Coach teams to be self-organizing, cross-functional, and outcome-driven

- Mentor leaders to embody Agile principles and build high-trust environments

- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and training on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean

- Identify organizational blockers and help teams navigate change and complexity

- Create a culture of psychological safety, feedback, and shared purpose

What You Bring

- Open mindset and curious to learn new things every day

- Accept status quo of organizations as their reality and have a hands-on mentality to develop them further in small steps every day without being dogmatic

- At the same time being courageous to challenge status quo and bring in new perspectives based on your experience

Desirable Skills:

- 10+ years in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc.)

- Strong coaching, facilitation, people management and conflict resolution skills

- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.

- Certifications like ICP-ACC, CSM/PSM, SAFe SPC (preferred)

- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a system-thinking mindset
