Skill : Lead SF RCM Consultant
Relevant Experience : 5 -6 Years
Projects : 4 to 6 Implementation projects.
Job Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore & Bhubaneswar Location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hands on expertise in Implementation and Support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) Integrations: RCM-ONB-EC; RCM-EC;RCM-RMK
- Proven project management, organization, and time management skills.
- Strategic approach to implementation projects in all phases of a project.
- Participate in Sales/Pre-Sales meetings with prospective customers, assisting with scoping and explaining the implementation process and approach with SF Implementations.
- Consultative skills with customers, using best practices and experience.
- Mentor & manage the junior members within the team.
- Regular open communication & feedback to team members, providing support & guidance where required.
- Recognise & resolve any potential conflict within the team.
- Taking accountability for the team's success or failure, taking accountability.
- Ensuring the teams professional development path is encouraged, discussed, & aligned to clear team / individual goals.
- Encouraging creativity & innovation within the team.
- Manage teams' capacity & utilisation ensuring that team members remain engaged, optimistic & excited to be part of the organisation.
- Delegation of tasks and managing deadlines in terms of the teams' commitments.
- Gather and analyze the clients' Human Resources business requirements and objectives.
- Configure/design a SF system based on HR best practices.
- Develop necessary system configuration to satisfy clients' needs.
- Manage client and corporate meetings, coaching juniors to run effective meetings
