Description Title : Principal Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud ArchitectLocation : HyderabadExperience : 9 -15Must Have :- 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ/RCA Architect or Lead Consultant- Hands-on experience in CPQ-to-RCA transitions- Exp. in salesforce architecture, data modeling, and development frameworks (Apex, LWC, Flow Designer, Workflow Builder).Job Summary :We are seeking a highly experienced Principal CPQ Architect to lead the architectural strategy and design for transitioning a leading global technology company from Salesforce CPQ to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). This role serves as the primary technical authority, ensuring the solution maximizes RCAs native configurability, leverages existing integrations, and incorporates generative AI (including Agentforce) to accelerate development. Collaborating with global teams, you will design and deliver a scalable, maintainable, and future-ready architecture aligned with enterprise goals.Key Responsibilities :Architecture & Solution Design :- Lead the end-to-end architecture for the CPQ-to-RCA migration and implementation.- Develop architectural plans covering data models, workflows, integrations, UI customizations, and AI-driven enhancements.Evaluate and design solutions using RCA capabilities such as :- Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC)- Flow Designer & Workflow Builder- Integration Hub- UI Builder- Agentforce and Einstein AI- Ensure the architecture supports performance, security, scalability, and compliance with Salesforce governance.Technical Leadership & Collaboration :- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Salesforce RCA.- Guide and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and AI specialists.- Lead design workshops, technical presentations, and solution reviews with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.- Act as a technical liaison between project teams, client IT, and business & API Strategy :- Oversee the reuse and optimization of existing APIs and integrations to streamline quote management processes.- Ensure integration patterns align with best practices and long-term scalability.AI & Innovation Enablement :- Drive architectural decisions around integrating Salesforce AI capabilities.- Promote the use of generative AI for code generation, process automation, and development acceleration.Governance, Quality, & Risk Management :- Ensure solution quality through adherence to best practices and governance standards.- Identify architectural risks, propose mitigations, and proactively manage dependencies.- Align architecture with program timelines, budgets, and scope in collaboration with the Program Manager.
