Security & iAM Validator - Okta/SailPoint

Role Overview :We are looking for a skilled Security & IAM Validator to ensure the effectiveness, compliance, and security of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems. The role involves validating security controls, reviewing access policies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.Key Responsibilities :- Validate IAM solutions (user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and de-provisioning).- Conduct security control testing and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX, etc.- Review and validate access controls, roles, and entitlements across systems.- Identify gaps, risks, and recommend remediation actions.- Prepare validation documentation, audit reports, and evidence for compliance.- Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and audit :- Bachelors/Masters in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in IAM validation, security audits, or compliance testing.- Knowledge of IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD, etc.).- Strong understanding of security frameworks & regulatory guidelines.- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
