Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilledSenior SAP Ariba Consultantwith strong expertise inUpstream modulesto lead solution design, implementation, and support activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience inSourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management (SIPM), and Ariba integrationwith SAP ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and support ofAriba Upstream modulesincluding: Sourcing Contract Management Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP/SIPM) Ariba Integration (CIG) Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions. Configure Ariba upstream modules to support strategic sourcing processes and compliance standards. Drive solution design workshops, create functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams. Manage approval workflows, templates, document configurations, and supplier onboarding. Support integration activities between Ariba and SAP ECC/S4HANA via CIG. Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide production support. Prepare training materials and provide user training sessions. Ensure adherence to procurement best practices and governance policies. Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, suppliers, and IT teams. Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience inSAP Ariba Upstreammodules. Strong expertise in: Sourcing Contracts SLP / SIPM Ariba Integration (CIG / PI / middleware) Strong understanding of source-to-contract (S2C) processes. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment. Ability to create functional documents: BRD, FSD, test scripts, training guides. Solid understanding of procurement processes and compliance. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
