Clinical Research & Telehealth Partnerships Associate (MBBS)Mumbai (Hybrid) |Evening Shift |Full-TimeTiming: 2:30 p.m to 11:30 WFH, 12:00 to 9:00 while in officeSalary range: Rs. 12 lac to 18 lac / per anumWe are hiring an MBBS-qualified doctor to support a large virtual clinical study and assist with telehealth partnerships. Ideal for a doctor with 1–3 years of clinical experience, but strong, fresh MBBS graduates are also encouraged to apply—especially those looking to transition into digital health, clinical research, and medical AI.What You Will DoClinical Research (Primary Focus)- Manage day-to-day execution of our virtual clinical study. - Review cases, validate participant data, and ensure documentation accuracy. - Coordinate with Indian doctors, U.S. physicians, IECs, and regulatory advisors. - Maintain high-quality clinical records and ensure GCP/IEC compliance.Serve as (or Grow Into) a Principal Investigator- Take clinical responsibility for protocol oversight. - Review eligibility, adverse events, and study deviations. - Assist in IEC submissions, responses, and audit processes.Patient Recruitment- Support recruitment of healthy and condition-positive participants. - Verify medical reports and image quality. - Manage follow-ups and ensure protocol adherence.Telehealth Partnerships (Secondary Focus)- Engage telehealth and diagnostic companies for pilot projects. - Present study workflows and coordinate small-scale integrations. - Collect clinician feedback to improve product performance.What We’re Looking For- MBBS degree (required) - 1–3 years clinical experience preferred (freshers with strong skills welcome) - Strong logical reasoning ability and clinical judgment - Fast learner with the ability to adopt new workflows and tools quickly - Comfortable using AI tools, digital platforms, dashboards, and telehealth systems - Ability to function as a Principal Investigator with training if needed - Excellent written and spoken English - Willingness to work U.S.-aligned evening hoursWhy Join Us- Work directly with U.S. FDA consultants and senior clinicians - Be part of a first-of-its-kind virtual clinical study in India - Transition into digital health, AI-driven research, and medical innovation - Rapid growth into Clinical Lead, Study Manager, or Medical Partnerships Lead - Long-term equity potential for outstanding performers
