Job Overview:The Loan Analyst will be responsible for managing and processing various loan transactions, including drawdowns, rollovers, and rate fixing for bilateral and syndicated loans. This role requires the ability to handle financial transactions across multiple APAC regions and entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes and policies. The position involves significant interaction with Treasury traders, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan disbursements and settlements.G. Key Responsibilities:Loan Processing: Handle drawdowns, rollovers, and rate fixing for loans across Hong Kong, Singapore, Labuan, Taiwan, Tokyo, and Sydney.Rate Fixing & Funding: Work with Treasury traders to fix rates and ensure timely loan funding.Data Entry in Loan IQ : Input all drawdown and rollover details into Loan IQ to maintain accurate records.Financial Reporting: Prepare accounting entries, manage loan disbursements, and follow up on payments.Assist Loan Syndication: Support the Loan Syndication Team in loan sell-down activities and deal settlements.Client Interactions: Ensure proper disbursement of funds to clients, insurance companies, and participating banks.Monitoring Payments: Track and follow up on the receipt of principal, interest, and fees for assigned loans.H. Key Skills & Qualifications:Loan IQ : In-depth knowledge and experience with Loan IQ is essential for this role.Microsoft Office : Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required for reporting and analysis.Payment Systems : Experience with RTGS/CHATS, SWIFT, and RMB cross-border payments.Documentation : Ability to review facility agreements and extract operational details.Optional Systems Knowledge : Familiarity with Flexcube, Calypso, Matisse MSC, or Summit is advantageous.Can also work in APAC Shift.I.
