This role is a blend of strategy, operations, problem-solving, and execution. You will wear multiple hats, own high-impact projects, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day priorities across the organization.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Projects & ExecutionWork on cross-functional initiatives directly driven by the Founder.Conduct research, build briefs, and present insights for decision-making.Track progress of key projects and ensure timely execution.2. Business OperationsImprove operational processes and support in setting up scalable systems.Coordinate with different teams to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks.Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates for leadership.3. Founder SupportManage the Founder’s priorities, follow-ups, and action items.Draft documents, presentations, and communication as required.Represent the Founder in internal discussions when needed.4. Problem Solving & AnalysisBreak down complex problems into actionable steps.Analyze data to support decisions across product, business, and operations.Present structured solutions with clear recommendations.5. Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.Ensure seamless communication across the organization.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.What We’re Looking ForGraduate from an IITStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication (written & verbal).Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.High ownership, bias for action, and willingness to get hands dirty.0–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, product, or similar roles (flexible).Proficiency in research, documentation, and basic data handling.What You’ll GetDirect exposure to leadership and core strategic work.Opportunity to build systems, processes, and projects from scratch.A steep learning curve with end-to-end ownership.A high-impact role that shapes the direction of the company.CTC: Negotiable
