Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Tamil) for our Tamil Content division. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both Tamil and English, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to mentor a subject matter expert.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop engaging Tamil language learning content tailored to learners across global markets. - Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum. - Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness. - Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.Qualifications:- Proficiency in Tamil and strong English communication skills. - Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms. - Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship. - Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy. - Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization. - Bachelor’s degree in Tamil, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to be a part of a groundbreaking project in language learning. - Work in a dynamic, innovative, and supportive environment.
