Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop a strong business understanding using first-principles thinking

- Ability to grasp business problems through metrics defined for the organization; and ability to depict it through actionable dashboards

- Ability to extract, organize data and present data to bring out insights for consumption across stakeholders

- Act as an organized manager who problem-solves rather than only extracts data

- Maintain data-hygiene through validations, ensuring best-practices while managing data-warehouses as new data is ingested

Must haves:

- B.Tech / MBA preferred with an analytical bent and love for numbers

- Hands-on understanding of data-warehouses with role expansion to manage Etrade's data-ecosystem

- Innate problem-solver and story-teller through data

- Structured communicator, presenter with exceptional prioritisation skills

- Hands-on experience (min 2 years) with Python, SQL (SQL server etc.) and Power BI. capability in Excel tools

Preferred: Experience in Retail Planning, Supply-chain, Inventory analytics
