Company Overview : Crest Infosystems is a Software Development Services Provider Company with 15 years of experience developing future-ready custom business solutions.We have successfully served 200+ clients across the globe.It could be possible due to our well-experienced team members who have successfully accomplished 700+ projects across the globe.Our workforce has expertise in delivering affordable enterprise solutions in Mobile, Web, Cloud, Big Data, UX/UI, Machine Learning & AI, Digital Marketing, etc.Job Description :We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager with a strong background in leading Data and AI/ML projects.The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing complex data workloads, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and delivering end-to-end solutions involving data pipelines, machine learning models, and analytics platforms.This role requires close collaboration with data scientists, data engineers, and AI/ML developers.You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering AI and data solutions that align with client goals and timelines, while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage end-to-end Data and AI/ML projects, from initiation through delivery.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, ML developers, QA, and DevOps.- Engage with clients to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates.- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.- Oversee Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.- Track performance metrics such as model accuracy, data quality, and delivery timelines.- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Skills :- 7+ years of total professional experience, with strong exposure to Data, AI, or ML-related projects.- Proven experience managing teams working on data pipelines, analytics, machine learning, or AI-based solutions.- Solid understanding of AI/ML workflows and data engineering processes.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and tools like BigQuery, S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Databricks, etc.- Conceptual understanding of Python, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across time zones and business domains.Perks & Benefits :- Competitive Compensation and Benefits.- Friendly Environment.- Work-life Balance.- 5 days working.- Flexible office timings.- Employee-friendly leave policies.- Work from Home (with prior approvals).
