Corrosion Expert - Sr. Manager/DGM


Job Location: Gurugram, Pune, Ahmedabad


Position Summary

  1. Responsible for Asset Integrity Projects
  2. Providing inputs for RBI/RLA studies in Oil and Gas industry
  3. Responsible for Corrosion Analysis/Failure analysis of various components.


Responsibility and Authority

  1. Responsible in preparing corrosion manuals
  2. Responsible for explaining execution methodology to client during project kick off
  3. Responsible for identifying damage mechanism and making corrosion loops
  4. Authority in hiring appropriate manpower for execution of Asset Integrity projects


Education and Experience

  1. Engineering graduate in Metallurgy/Materials
  2. API 571, NACE/BGAS Level II
  3. API 579 & API 580 will be preferred.
  4. Experience of Minimum 15 years in corrosion analysis
  5. Executed minimum 10 Asset Integrity projects independently which includes identifying damage mechanism & marking corrosion loops.
  6. Asset Integrity Management
  7. 5 years of experience in dealing and implementation of RBI
  8. Knowledge of fitness for services
