Description :About the Role :We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer with 25 years of hands-on experience in software development within an Agile environment.The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems.Key Responsibilities :- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver quality software solutions.- Debug and resolve complex software issues, ensuring reliability and performance.- Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation.- Conduct unit testing and utilize frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito for automated testing.- Manage source code versioning using GIT and ensure adherence to best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 25 years of professional experience in software engineering and Agile methodologies.- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.- Experience with Event-Driven, Service-Based, and Cloud-Native Architectures (AWS preferred).- Solid understanding of multithreading, asynchronous inter-process communication, and software design patterns.- Proficiency with JUnit, Mockito, and other testing frameworks.- Experience with GIT for version control.- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.Preferred Attributes :- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and aptitude for learning new technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
