About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced React.js Lead Developer to lead our frontend

development efforts and drive the creation of exceptional user experiences. In this role, you

will oversee the development of high-quality, scalable web applications, mentor a team of

React developers, and work closely with cross- functional teams to ensure seamless

integration and alignment with project goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled

professional to take ownership, influence design and architecture decisions, and contribute

to strategic initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the Development of Frontend Applications by creating reusable, high-performance, and maintainable code using React.js.
  • Architect and Design Complex Applications and workflows, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Guide and Mentor Team Members: Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to other developers.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to align frontend work with overall project goals.
  • Implement Advanced State Management Solutions using tools like Redux or Context API for optimal data flow.
  • Optimize Performance and Usability: Analyze application performance and implement best practices to improve load times and responsiveness.
  • Define and Uphold Coding Standards and Best Practices to ensure code quality and project consistency.
  • Conduct Research on New Technologies and integrate modern approaches and frameworks that enhance productivity and maintainability.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 6-8 years of experience in frontend development, with a minimum of 4 years focused on React.js.
  • Strong Leadership and Mentorship Skills: Ability to guide team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying issues, debugging, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Project Management Awareness: Familiarity with Agile methodologies
