Job Description :A Senior Java Developer is a seasoned software engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Java-based applications.This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.Key Responsibilities : - Application Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance Java applications using frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.- Code Quality & Reviews: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring consistent coding standards across the team.- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers, to deliver robust software solutions.- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring applications are optimized for speed and scalability.- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications & Skills :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience :- Minimum of 5 years in Java development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications.Technical Proficiency :- Advanced knowledge of Java, including Java 8 or newer versions.- Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring (Boot, Data, Security) and Hibernate.- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
