We are looking for a talented Video Editor / Creative Strategist to join our team and create direct response ad creatives that drive conversions. Role Overview This is not just about aesthetic & professional edits – our number one goal is conversions . You’ll be editing direct response style ads , including but not limited to: UGC ads TikTok/Reels style short-form content AI avatar videos / VEO 3 or other AI generated content Documentary-style VSLs Product demos & testimonials Story-driven ads SKILLS REQUIRED (VERY IMPORTANT): Should be aware about all the content trends and current styles in the field of content. Should know how to use AI tools like ELEVENLABS & VEO 3.  Willingness to adapt and update themselves with latest trends and market dynamics.
