We’re Hiring – Business Coordinator Intern Location: Udaipur Company: Inforoc Community Duration: 3 Months (good performers will be offered a full-time position after internship completion) Stipend: Performance-based Role Overview: Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, coordination, and management? We’re looking for a Business Coordinator Intern who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn how business functions work behind the scenes Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients, partners, or leads through online and offline platforms Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, or in-person visits Follow up consistently to convert leads into meetings and opportunities Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals Negotiate terms and assist in closing deals Create customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals using Excel or CRM tools Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to align strategies and share updates Provide feedback from clients and the market to improve business offerings Qualifications & Skills: Students pursuing or recently completed graduation (BBA / MBA / B.Com / any related field) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel frequently for clients.
