A Chief of Staff role includes supporting the Founder, driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, optimizing operations, and facilitating internal and external communication.

Key responsibilities also involve market research, new revenue channel identification, event planning, and building relationships across the organization, all while maintaining strategic alignment and high-level project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support & Planning:

Partner with the founder and leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, set goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Project Management:

Oversee and drive key strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Operational Efficiency:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth within the beauty tech or retail space.

  • Communication & Alignment:

Serve as a communication conduit between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.

  • Market & Product Strategy:

Conduct market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness, and identify new revenue streams for the beauty brand.
