- Implement and support Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including Order Management, Pricing, and Warehouse Management System (WMS).- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.- Configure Oracle SCM Cloud applications to meet client-specific business needs.- Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and production rollout activities.- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and integration issues within SCM modules.- Prepare detailed functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.- Provide post-implementation support and assist in system enhancements and continuous improvements.Essential Skills & Qualifications:- 4-6 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle SCM Cloud.Expertise in:- Order Management, Pricing, and WMS modules.- End-to-end SCM business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Fulfillment).- Configuration, testing, and deployment of SCM Cloud modules.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs.- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams for UAT and go-live activities.- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
