Java Backend

About Position:

Looking for a Java Backend with strong experience in JAVA, Hibernate, SQL, JDBC, JMS, JMX, Spring, Java Multithreading, Microservices. Must be proficient in building and managing applications using these technologies.

What You'll Do:

• Hands on experience in application development and architecture.
• Hands on experience in Multithreading in Java.
• Design and Development
• Work on security vulnerability remediation and fixes
• Co-ordinate with QA teams and partner teams
• Regular status update
• Participate in Maintenance and Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities
• Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities
• Should be able to understand business requirements and translate to technical design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to Work directly with US partner teams
• Ability to lead by example, motivating team to produce excellent results
• Should be good with SDLC processes and agile methodologies

Expertise You'll Bring:

• JAVA + JBPM 4 years of exp. in BPM (preferably jBPM)
• Technical Architect; Java, cloud/Containerization; JavaScript-based UI frameworks such as AngularJS, React etc.
• Good knowledge in Application Architecture, System Design Documents, Technology Blueprint documents
• Worked on application development and understands the application development life cycle, along with Agile
• Processes must be strong in Java, J2EE, Spring, Sprint Boot, Webservices and Junit, Microservices, developing and interfacing with web services
• Prior experience or good knowledge of Kafka, Spring Batch
• Must be very comfortable with Database concepts, query optimization of relational databases
• Must have a good knowledge of cloud and cloud-based technologies and concepts such as Azure Must be from BFSI Payments domain
• Experience of generating reports
• Be flexible to work with some overlapping work overs if needed and attend onshore calls
• Exposure to NoSQL, Cloud/AWS would be nice to have Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and automation/configuration management using Chef, or Puppet would be a plus
