SharePoint Tech Lead

We are looking for a Tech Lead who is motivated with design and the art of programming. Responsibilities will include designing and developing quality, proficient and enterprise grade technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and work with team to deliver them with quality and on time. Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesIn depth understanding of SharePoint OOTB capabilities Ex- Site Templates, Web Parts, Branding, Content management, Hub, Search, Taxonomy etc. Developing SPFx solutions using ReactUsing PnP Webparts & APIs for custom developmentExplore new features in O365 eco-system and stay updated with themCoach team members for implementation and upskilling.Own code quality of the delivered solutions and their maintainability and scalability.Own estimation and participate in project and sprint planningDevelop new user-facing featuresBuild reusable code and libraries for future useEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.Ability to analyze the requirements given by customer and do the implementation.Demonstrated ability of bringing complex development projects to successful completion.Champion development best practices and upcoming trends on technology.Provide ongoing systems support and enhancements once solutions are built and deployed.Research emerging technologies and maintain awareness of current platform roadmaps to assist with developing strategic plans.Participating in project teams comprised of internal customers, partners, and peers from project inception through the deployment as a technical subject matter expert.Good to have classic SharePoint sites and migration experience to modern SharePointRequired Skills: At least 5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online (Office 365) Development and AdministrationExperience with SPFx solutions using React.In-Depth knowledge of Modern SharePoint IntegrationsExperience setting up SharePoint Sites, Templates & Content TypesKnowledge of migration of Classic SharePoint with Modern SharePointStrong practical experience in the use of PowerShell & CLIIn-Depth knowledge on usage of PnP Webparts & API'sKnowledge of Microsoft Graph API & developing solutions using itKnowledge on developing REST API's Endpoints using C# / NodeJSExcellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills Good to Have: Knowledge on SharegatePower Platform Integrations with SharePoint & AdministrationCommon Data ServicesWorking knowledge of Custom ConnectorsEducationBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/Information technology or related fieldEquivalent academic and work experience can be consideredAbout vConstruct: vConstruct specializes in providing high quality Building Information Modeling, Lean Construction, and Integrated Project Delivery on construction projects.
