The ideal candidate is not just an executor of test scripts but a strategist who can design resilient automation frameworks.Crucially, we are lookingfor a "Next-Gen QA" who actively uses AI tools (such as LLMs for test case generation, self-healing script tools, or AI-based visual regression tools) to speed up the testing lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our React/Node.js applications are bug-free and performance-optimized before they reach production.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Framework Design:- Design, develop, and maintainscalable automation test frameworks using industry- standard tools (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress). - Write clean, reusable, and modular code for automated test scripts (usingJava, Python, or JavaScript). - Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/AWS CodePipeline) to ensure continuous quality delivery.AI-Driven Testing:- Utilize AI-poweredtesting tools andLLMs (like ChatGPT, Cursor,or Copilot) to generate edge-case scenarios, automate test data creation, and accelerate script writing. - Implement AI tools for "self-healing" teststo reduce maintenance overhead on dynamic UI elements. - Leverage AI for analyzinglogs and root cause analysisof failures.Functional &API Testing:- Conduct comprehensive API testingusing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Supertest to verify backend reliability (Node.js/Express).- Perform rigorousregression, sanity, and smoke testingbefore every release. - Validate data integrity acrossSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.Collaboration & Process:- Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closelywith developers to understand requirements early in the Sprint cycle. - Document test plans, strategies, and defect reportsclearly in JIRA. - Mentor junior team memberson automation best practices and the adoptionof AI tools.Required Qualifications (MustHaves)- Experience: 4 to 5 yearsof proven experience in Automation Testingwithin a product or software services environment. - Automation Mastery: Strong proficiency in building frameworks from scratch using Selenium Webdriver, Playwright, or Cypress. - Programming Skills:Proficiency in at least one scripting language(Python or JavaScript preferred). - AI &LLM Familiarity: Demonstrated experience using AI toolsto assist in testing workflows (e.g., generating test cases via LLMs, using AI-based visual testing tools like Applitools, or coding assistants like Cursor). - Database Skills:Ability to write complex queriesfor database validation in SQL and MongoDB. - API Testing:Solid understanding of REST API architecture and experience automating API tests.Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)- Performance Testing: Experience with JMeter or K6 for load and stress testing. - Cloud Experience: Familiarity with testingapplications deployed on AWS. - Visual Regression: Experience with toolsthat use AI to detectvisual changes in the UI. - Security Basics: Basic knowledge of OWASP security standards.Why Join Enculture?- Innovation: Move away from repetitive manual testing and work with cutting-edge AI testing tools. - Ownership: Take chargeof the quality strategy for critical applications. - Culture: Join a team that values technical excellence and smartworking practices over grunt work.Interested candidates may directly apply to the job post or reachout on hr@namanhr.com
