We are expanding our engineering team with talented developers who can contribute to a modern, scalable backend architecture.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Part-Time Remote Python Developer with 4+ years of professional experience in backend development, API engineering, and microservices. You will collaborate with our product and tech team to build high-performance backend modules and automation systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python.Work with FastAPI / Django / Flask to deliver secure and scalable services.Integrate databases, third-party APIs, and internal automation workflows.Build background workers, schedulers, and asynchronous task runners.Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security best practices.Write unit tests, maintain documentation, and follow clean coding standards.Communicate effectively in a remote environment and deliver tasks on schedule.Required SkillsMinimum 4 years of hands-on Python development experience.Strong expertise in FastAPI or Django REST Framework.Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.Good understanding of Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of asynchronous programming and API architectures.Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a remote setup.Preferred SkillsExperience with Redis, Celery, RQ, or task queues.Exposure to AI/ML model integrations or automation systems.Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).Familiarity with scraping, data engineering, or workflow automation.Work Schedule & CompensationRemote WorkMonday to Friday5 Hours per dayCompensation: ₹25,000 per month (fixed)Flexible daily working hours.Why Join Emireq?Fully remote role with flexible timings.Opportunity to work on next-generation AI and fintech products.Growth potential and scope for long-term collaboration.
