The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing tracking solutions, ensuring accurate data collection, and enabling actionable insights across web and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager containers across multiple websites and platforms. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to define tracking requirements. - Create and maintain tags, triggers, and variables in GTM to support analytics and marketing needs. - Ensure accurate data collection for tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other third-party platforms. - Debug and troubleshoot tag implementation issues using tools like Tag Assistant, Chrome DevTools, and GTM Preview Mode. - Maintain documentation of tagging strategies, data layers, and tracking specifications. - Monitor data quality and integrity across analytics platforms. - Support A/B testing and personalization efforts through tag-based tracking. - Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving analytics technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3–6 years of experience in digital analytics or tag management. - Strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (Universal & GA4). - Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for tag customization. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
