Ohio Hospital & Medical Centre is a 325-bedded multi-specialty hospital located in New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata, currently operating with 100 beds and expanding rapidly. The hospital provides comprehensive tertiary care services with key specialties such as Neurology, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology, and Critical Care.

We are seeking a full-time, on-site DM Neurologist to join our team in Kolkata (Greater Kolkata Area).

The Neurologist will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of patients with neurological disorders, including but not limited to epilepsy, stroke, neuromuscular diseases, movement disorders, and headache syndromes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and manage both OPD and IPD patients
• Interpret and report EEG, EMG, NCV, and other neurodiagnostic studies
• Manage acute neurological emergencies in ICU/ER settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Critical Care, Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Rehabilitation, Psychiatry, etc.) for holistic patient care
• Contribute to academic training, CMEs, and clinical quality initiatives of the hospital

• DM (Neurology) from a recognized institute (mandatory)
• Strong clinical expertise in epilepsy, stroke, movement disorders, and neuromuscular diseases
• Skilled in conducting and interpreting EEG and other neurodiagnostic tests
• Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
• Prior experience in a tertiary care hospital or clinical setting preferred, but fresh DM graduates are encouraged to apply
