At our core, we value both excellence in our work and strong team bonds, creating a culture that celebrates collaboration, achievement, and the collective impact we make.About the RoleWe are looking for a finance leader to anchor the controllership and cost integrity forValmo , our in-house logistics and fulfillment platform. This is a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, cost visibility, and audit preparedness for a fast-scaling, operationally intensive business unit.What you will do Own end-to-end financial integrityof Valmo, including monthly close, reconciliations, and audit. Review and validate fulfillment cost modelswith input from operations, product, and analytics. Ensure accurate provisioningfor costs, returns, damages, incentives, and other linked costs. Act as a singlepoint of accountabilityfor cost reporting to internal finance andauditors. Drive automation of manual processes(e.g. payouts, validations, etc. ) in partnership with product/tech/ analytical teams. Buildrobust internal controlsacross shipping cost, warehouse expenses, and third-party logistics contracts. Ensure no missed liabilities, margin surprises, or audit flagsthrough strong governance and review routines. Facilitatequarterly consistency and segmental transparencyin reporting and analysis.What you will need Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of post-qualification experience. Proven experience incontrollership , preferably inlogistics, ecommerce, or operations-heavyenvironments. Strong understanding ofIND-AS, audit closure, cost control , andinternal controls . Experience drivingautomation in finance processesis a strong plus.
