As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of our core product, a data integration platform that connects with multiple third-party data sources, performs complex data transformations, and integrates seamlessly with various output systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take full ownership of the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.

- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack web applications using Python and ReactJS.

- Build and maintain efficient data processing pipelines and transformations using Python libraries like Pandas and other data-centric tools.

- Develop and maintain microservices architectures that ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with the product, design, and QA teams to ensure the development aligns with business goals and user requirements.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the platform.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the product and development processes.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on backend development using Python.

- Proficiency with front-end technologies, particularly ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Proven experience in building and deploying microservices in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Experience leading development teams and taking ownership of product architecture and delivery.

- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have :

- Experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, or data warehousing solutions.

- Experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and similar tools.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Knowledge of cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms.
