Role Overview We are looking for ahighly skilled Frontend Engineerwith strong expertise inReact and Next.jsto lead and shape our frontend architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to buildhigh-performance, user-centric web applicationsthat set benchmarks for usability and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead thefrontend architecture, design, and developmentof scalable web applications usingReact and Next.js . Deliverclean, modular, and efficient codewhile maintaining scalability and performance. Collaborate closely withUI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managersto ensure seamless integration and user experience. Integrate withRESTful APIs and gRPC / gRPC-Webservices efficiently. Conduct thoroughcode reviews , implementunit and integration tests , and ensureCI/CD compliance . Drive adoption ofbest practicesin accessibility, security, and performance optimization. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code quality. What You Bring 4–7 yearsof experience in frontend development, withstrong React expertise . Hands-on experience inNext.js(SSR, ISR, routing, API routes). Solid understanding ofweb fundamentals— HTTP, rendering, caching, and performance optimization. Strong command ofTypeScript ,modern state management(Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), andcomponent libraries(Material UI, Chakra UI, or similar). Experience writing and maintainingunit, integration, and E2E tests(Jest, Cypress, Playwright). Familiarity withgRPC / gRPC-Webintegrations (nice to have). Excellent communication skills and the ability tomentor peersand contribute to architectural decisions.
