Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create and schedule compelling content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to optimize strategy.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and foster relationships.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to improve social media efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
