Barista Location: Gracias Granny (Santacruz, positions also available in Chembur and CBD Belapur outlets) About Us: Gracias Granny is a fast-casual Mexican cafe and catering operation currently entering an expansion phase. Job Description: Gracias Granny, a vibrant Mexican quick-service restaurant, with three outlets, is looking for a passionate Barista to lead our coffee operations at our Santacruz West branch. If you love coffee and delivering great customer service, we’d love to have you on board. Responsibilities: ● Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, milkshakes, mocktails and more. ● Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar. ● Engage with customers, helping them choose from our menu and explaining different coffee options. ● Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and manage cash. ● Assist in stock and inventory management for coffee supplies. Requirements: ● Experience as a Barista or in a similar role. ● Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment. ● Strong communication and customer service skills. ● Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. ● Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow.
