What This Role Requires

As a Planisware Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a pivotal role in helping life sciences and pharmaceutical clients enhance their project portfolio management (PPM), R&D planning, resource forecasting, and financial workflows.

You will work closely with global clients to drive digital transformation initiatives and contribute to MResult's growing PPM Center of Excellence. This is a strategic role focused on building reusable frameworks, accelerators, and leading high-impact Planisware implementations. Here is what you will do:

• Serve as the functional and technical expert for Planisware implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Engage with clients to understand business processes related to R&D, portfolio planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Lead discovery and design workshops to gather requirements and configure Planisware solutions.
• Customize and manage modules such as Project Planning, Resource Management, Scenario Planning, Financial Forecasting, and Data Integration.
• Design and implement integrations between Planisware and enterprise systems (SAP, Anaplan, CTMS, EDMS, BI tools).
• Support change management, training, and user adoption efforts.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates, dashboards, and validation reports.
• Stay up to date with Planisware product releases and recommend enhancements.

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Planisware (Enterprise or Orchestra)
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/life sciences R&D project and portfolio management processes.
• Experience configuring modules such as Time Tracking, Gantt Planning, Cost/Benefit Analysis, and Reporting Dashboards.
• Familiarity with Planisware Studio, PEX/ODI scripting, XML/XSLT, and Workflow Configurations.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and integration with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and communication skills to work with business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience working in GxP-compliant environments is a plus.

Good to have:

• Prior experience in Planisware implementation or migration projects.
• Understanding of Agile/Waterfall project delivery.
• Familiarity with tools like Anaplan, SAP BPC, Primavera, MS Project, or clinical systems (CTMS) is a plus.
• Planisware certification or training credentials (if available).
