Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Manager of Supply Chain and Plant Operationsto oversee Plant operations including Production and Planning activities across multiple SKUs and locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience insupply chain planning, plant Operations - production, exports, CFA operations, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and production planning.Exposure toFMCG/Food Processingis essential.Key Responsibilities: Plan and managesupply chain planningincluding Demand Planning, Production Planning, Operations planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Exports Planning, and movement of multiple SKUs across regions and warehouse management (including 3PL operations). Manageplant operations and production, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders (local & export) while maintaining quality standards. Overseeinventory managementfor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Develop and monitorproduction plansin alignment with demand forecasts from sales & marketing. OverseeCFA operationsin coordination with warehouses and logistics managers to ensure timely dispatches and adherence to service levels. Optimizeline efficiency, yield, and shift planningacross multiple plants or units. Coordinate with multiple departments – production, sales, marketing, logistics, procurement, warehousing, maintenance, quality, and housekeeping. Managevendor relationships,including contract negotiation, quality control, and cost optimization. Monitor keysupply chain and operations KPIs, analyse data, and implement continuous improvements.Education:MBA/PGDM in Supply chain Planning, management or Operations is highly preferable.Experience: 15 yearsin supply chain management, planning, plant operations, and manufacturing inFMCG/Food(handling multiple units/SKUs). Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning -Demand Planning, Operations planning, Production Planning, PPC (Production Planning & Coordination), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Exports Planning,andmovement of multiple SKUs across regions and warehouse management(3PL operations), line efficiency and ERP systems. Experience inwarehousing, CFA operations, logistics, inventory management, and transportation planning. Excellentorganizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination. Ability to managelarge teamsacross multiple plants. The incumbent should be based in Hyderabad. Language:Telugu is mandatory; proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to manageSupply Chain and operations of multiple SKU'sat scale. Strongcross-functional collaborationand leadership capabilities. Capability to driveprocess improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Knowledge ofERP systems (SAP, S/4HANA, or equivalent)and MS Office is preferable.
