Job Description :

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly products that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the product team to define product vision and strategy

- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points

- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features and enhancements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on product designs

- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in the SaaS industry

- Communicate design decisions effectively and advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization

Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in product design for B2B SaaS products

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
