Jitendra Consulting Group – Headquarters in Dubai is a reputed and leading multi-lingual and rapidly growing company that offers a growing portfolio such as Auditing, Company Set-up, VAT, and other Compliance services.
We are looking for a competent Audit Manager to handle and manage our company division in the UAE. The role will entail aiding overall leadership responsibility for developing and implementing strategy, policy setting, and financial performance for the business, mainly you will help to ensure the business function operates effectively and achieves the planned growth path.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To plan, conduct, and manage Audit and Risk Assurance engagements following the relevant accounting, and auditing standards, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties, including overseas client personnel and audit teams.
- To use professional skills and experience to make it happen handling complex audit procedures across a broad range of industries and responsibilities and participating in business development initiatives. Highly required to have proficient knowledge of IFRS/ IAS (Internal Auditing Standards) and sufficient knowledge about VAT/ ESR/AML/UBU.
- To liaise with client's accounts, inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency and use of accepted accounting procedures, and organize and maintain financial records.
- To handle a variety of audits independently, supervise a team of auditors, attend inquiries, meet with the client, and submit MIS reports to the Management on time.
- To have practical knowledge in all tax-related matters like compliance, registration, de-registration, clarification, reconsideration, and tax disputes and examine financial statements to be sure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations, compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensures that taxes are paid properly and on time.
- To review the files, assess financial operations, and make best-practices recommendations to management, suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits.
- To be able to identify and record audit errors, discuss relevant audit issues with personnel at clients' premises, and assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, and tracking fees.
Qualifications:
- Indian CA qualified with 5-10 years of experience; in an audit organization handling and executing audits
- Degree in IFRS
- Candidate must have a valid passport.
- Willing to relocate to UAE.
- Degree certificate should be attested from the Ministry of education.
Required Skill Set
- Knowledge of IFRS, risk-based auditing, and paperless audit methodology
- Proficiency in MS Office (Very good knowledge of Excel)
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
